The Foundation, The Floor, And The Pressure System That Links Them.
Hypermobility 101, Arch and Ankle Control, and Understanding and Using Your Core. Three courses that build on each other, in the order we would teach them.
Hypermobility is not one problem in one joint. It is a system that is harder to read. Laxer tissue gives the brain a less precise signal about where a joint actually is, so the brain hedges. It stiffens things that should move, leaves things loose that should hold, and the result turns up wherever the load happens to land that month.
This bundle works the three places that change the most for the least effort. The model, so you know what you are doing and why. The foot, because it is the first thing the ground talks to. And the middle, which is not a set of abdominal muscles to be tightened but a pressure system that your breathing either supports or fights.
WHY THESE THREE
Hypermobility 101 is the foundation, and the other two are built on it. Principles first: sensory clarity before load, control before range, variability instead of rote repetition.
Arch and Ankle Control applies that at the floor. The arch is not a static structure you hold up, it is a mechanism that builds and releases through every step, and training that cycle changes what the knee and hip have to absorb.
Understanding and Using Your Core applies it at the middle. Breathing mechanics, pressure and trunk control are one system rather than three, and this is where the breathing work now lives.
WHAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND AND BE ABLE TO DO
- Understand why hypermobility affects control rather than simply strength
- Know the difference between passive range, active control and readiness
- Understand the three points of contact that make foot stability reliable
- Apply targeted work to improve motor control and sensory clarity at the foot and ankle
- Understand how breathing mechanics and intra abdominal pressure shape trunk control
- Build a progression you can keep running once the courses are finished
WHO THIS IS FOR
- People who want the whole beginner pathway in one go rather than buying it a piece at a time
- People with hypermobility or HSD who have been strengthening for months with nothing to show for it
- People who notice arch collapse, rib flare, breath holding under effort, or pain that moves around
- People who would rather have the mechanism explained before being handed the exercise
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Three full courses, education and guided exercise throughout, practical drills, minimal equipment required, lifetime access to all three.
