Making Sense of Complex Bodies

Clear, self paced learning that cuts through confusing movement advice

See the Live Workshop

The training you've probably never been taught

Most people with hypermobility have been handed the same two things: stretch it, or strengthen it. Neither addresses why the joint feels unstable in the first place.

Our courses go somewhere different. They're built around three things the standard advice skips:

  • Motor learning: retraining how your brain plans and controls movement, not just which muscles are "weak".
  • Sensorimotor training: sharpening the feedback loop between your joints and your nervous system, so your body knows where it is and what it's doing.
  • Muscle tone: working with resting tension and timing, not just raw strength.

It's the stuff that explains why nothing else has stuck. Once you understand it, the rest makes sense.

The Hypermobility Workshop (Starting the week of 20th/July/2026)

Hypermobility isn't just joint laxity. It's sensory. It's neurological. It's organisational. Four weeks live with Adam and Jonny, going deep into the stuff no one explains. Cortical maps. Muscle tone. The foot. The core, pelvic floor and breathing. The shoulders and neck. And in week four, how to train a hypermobile body so the bracing finally stops. Plus the Hypermobility 101 and Arch Restoration courses, free to help you move forward and apply all you have learned.

Prefer to learn at your own pace?

The Hypermobility Fundamentals bundle covers the core ideas as self paced courses you can work through whenever suits you.

If you'd rather learn live with feedback, the workshop above is the place to start.

The Hypermobility Fundamentals Bundle

The Hypermobility Fundamentals Bundle is a structured education and movement pathway that starts at the bottom and builds upwards, grounded in motor learning and sensory motor science. Designed for people with hypermobility and persistent pain, it focuses on how strength and stability are organised and learned by the nervous system, beginning with the feet and progressing through sensory input, coordination, and motor learning. The courses are intended to be completed in sequence, with each one establishing the concepts and skills needed for the next.

How these courses are designed

Most people are not short on advice. They are short on clarity and practical application.

These courses organise what you already hear about movement and pain (and most likely a lot you haven't) into structured, self paced learning, so you can slow things down, make sense of what you are doing, and apply the concepts you learn along the way.

No pressure to rush. Just a clearer way to work with your body.

Just login, start learning, and start applying.

Understanding Foot Mechanics, Movement and Sensory Input

A practical movement course focused on foot strength, proprioception and motor control. Learn how the arch is trained and organised during real movement through progressive exercises and clear, no nonsense explanation.

*Life Time Access*

Hypermobility 101

A foundational movement course focused on proprioception, muscle tone and motor control. Learn how concepts like cortical maps and sensory input are used to organise and coordinate movement through clear explanation and structured, follow along exercises across the whole body.

*Life Time Access*

Hypermobility 102

A follow on movement course focused on motor learning, coordination and skill development. Learn how movement is refined through the three stages of motor learning, using sequencing and contralateral patterns to build clearer, more automatic control through practice.

*Life Time Access*

The KT Taping Course

An introduction to kinesiology taping, explaining the principles behind taping and demonstrating how tape is commonly applied

*Life Time Access*

Understanding Breathing, CO₂ Tolerance and Regulation

An educational course using clear explanation and guided examples to explore breathing and CO₂ tolerance.

The Full Fibro Body Course

The tool box brings together education on pain and movement alongside a wide range of practical movement, stretching and sensory based resources. Rather than offering a single plan or set of rules, it gives you options you can return to and use as needed.
